The Job As the
Director of Operations
for our MSUITE SaaS Product, you’ll be part of our Construction Technology team working as a remote employee. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale our DevSecOps group within the Construction Technology organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our DevSecOps practices, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver reliable, efficient, and secure software solutions for our MSuite product suite.
As the Director of Operations, you will work closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to set direction, drive alignment, and cultivate a culture of high performance and operational excellence. You should be a visionary leader with a strong background in DevOps, process optimization, and people management. As a key member of our Construction Technology team, you will:
Define and execute the operational strategy for the DevSecOps group, aligning with organizational goals and product roadmaps
Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing DevSecOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
Oversee the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliability initiatives
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, metrics tracking, and rigorous quality standards
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and security of applications
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to support DevSecOps operations
Champion incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortem processes to minimize downtime and improve reliability
Establish and report on key operational metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, system uptime, mean time to recovery)
Communicate risks, issues, and strategic opportunities to executive leadership, enabling informed decision‑making
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the DevOps group remains innovative and competitive

10+ years hands‑on experience in DevSecOps/SRE capacity supporting Public Cloud SaaS platforms
5+ years’ experience in an operations leadership role within DevSecOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure teams
Demonstrated thought leadership in planning and executing multiyear scalability, support and capacity strategy
Prior experience in successfully leading monitoring, observability for mission‑critical, 24×7 platforms
Strong background in DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), automation, and reliability engineering
Proven ability & experience to lead, mentor, and develop technical teams
Expertise in process optimization, operational metrics, and strategic planning
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Positive attitude with a passion for innovation, reliability, and customer value
Experience in construction technology or pre‑fabrication is a bonus
