About the Role ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Senior IT Sales Account Manager. Our client is a well‑established aviation technology company, delivering innovative digital solutions to airlines and travel organizations across Europe and globally, with a strong focus on customer‑centric distribution and long‑term partnerships.

Location: Greece Working Model: 100% Remote ️ You will be reporting to: CEO

What you will do You will own and grow strategic airline accounts across Europe, driving new business while shaping long‑term partnerships. This role combines high‑level sales execution with commercial leadership in a fast‑evolving aviation technology environment.

Lead enterprise B2B sales within the airline and travel technology ecosystem

Define and execute sales strategies across European markets

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through deal closure and account growth

Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior airline stakeholders

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and contracts for high‑value engagements

Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing airline accountsAct as the commercial liaison between clients and internal product and technical teams

Monitor pipeline performance and market trends to support sustainable business growth

What we are looking for

10+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally within aviation or travel technology

Established professional network within the European airline market

Proven ability to manage complex, long‑cycle enterprise sales engagements

Willingness to travel within Europe

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Comfortable working in a fully remote setup, with willingness to travel across Europe

Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms)
