Build a global outbound engine.

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, globally expanding digital advertising business that is reshaping how brands connect with audiences in emerging media environments.

They are looking for a driven, highly technical Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale a modern, AI-powered outbound function.

This is not a traditional SDR role. This is for someone who understands automation, thrives on experimentation, and wants to turn outbound into a high-performance growth engine.

The Opportunity You will play a critical role in scaling global revenue by generating high-quality meetings and pipeline through intelligent prospecting, automation, and creative growth tactics.

You won’t just execute outreach sequences, you’ll help design and optimise them.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead Generation & Qualification

Identify, research, and qualify high-value brands, agencies, and partners globally

Generate consistent, high-quality sales meetings

Exceed outbound activity and pipeline targets

AI-Powered Prospecting

Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, ChatGPT, and automation platforms

Personalise outreach at scale using AI and workflow automation

Continuously refine segmentation and messaging

Automation & Systems Building

Build and maintain outbound workflows

Improve CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy (Salesforce or similar)

Track performance metrics and optimise conversion rates

Test new lead-generation approaches (data scraping, paid experimentation, viral hooks, alternative channels)

Identify innovative ways to create demand and drive engagement

Move quickly from hypothesis to measurable results

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align outreach strategies

Support senior sales leadership with presentations and proposal materials

Who They’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in an SDR or outbound commercial role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota

Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, CRM systems, and AI tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workflows

Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a remote environment

Results-driven and competitive

You’re someone who:

Enjoys building systems, not just following playbooks

Tests ideas instead of waiting for instructions

Is comfortable using AI as part of your daily workflow

Takes ownership of pipeline creation

Nice to Have

Experience in AdTech or digital advertising

Startup experience

Previous remote team experience

Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and CRM tools

Package

$65,000–$75,000 base salary + bonus

Remote working environment
