SALARY $125,600 - $149,150, bonus and long‑term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Key Account Manager for 7‑Eleven/Speedway is responsible for growing share by developing & maintaining strong relationships with A‑B wholesalers, Region Team, and key 7‑Eleven stakeholders. The overall purpose of this position is to manage and execute A‑B sales objectives at 7‑Eleven/Speedway, including volume, share, distribution, and assortment. The Sr. KAM must be organized, ambitious, analytical, and dependable.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive execution of the 7‑Eleven national strategy tied to:

Go to the Store: sales rep call frequency and time to sell above market average

Gain Distribution: drive annual reset cycle and distribution on key items

Win Planners: display and POP/signage execution

Develop & maintain key relationships across wholesalers & A‑B Region Sales to enable execution – including wholesaler KAMs, sales teams, and leadership

Train and develop wholesaler sales forces to call on 7‑Eleven

Track and measure against key national priorities

Develop relationships within 7‑Eleven organization across key franchisees, FOAs, FMMs, and ops personnel

Build local expertise across territory based on in‑market visits (typically 3 days per week)

Solve local issues as they arise (items not scanning, incorrect pricing, etc.)

Support 7‑Eleven national merchandising team to drive their share of market

Competitive pricing: completing comp shops & proactively flagging opportunities

Competitive activity: sharing key actions within other C‑Store chains

After national strategy is successful, build local strategies & programming to further drive share results

Ability to prioritize the things that matter, hitting deadlines and tasks, managing and effectively using sales, marketing, & travel budgets

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Positive attitude.

Ability to travel 50%+ of time, with home base in market.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred with emphasis in business, finance, marketing, or related field.

3+ years of Sales Experience working with beer wholesalers or distributors. Experience working with retail chain a positive.

Understanding of the 3 Tier System, and how to operationalize a national strategy locally with wholesaler partners.

Basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
