Area Sales Manager - DACH (Remote)

The Opportunity: We are seeking an Area Sales Manager DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) with expertise in account management and a proven track record in automation sales. You'll be instrumental in developing and driving growth in the region by finding new opportunities, managing key accounts, and establishing long‑term partnerships. Your territory will be the DACH region.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Lead business development and sales efforts, focusing on key accounts and high-value partnerships

Achieve and exceed sales quotas in the assigned region

Collaborate with end-customers for validation, testing, and prototyping

Engage with OEM's (machine builders) to integrate our technology

Work closely with partners to optimize the territory coverage and drive further growth

Interact with engineering as well as high level management

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities effectively

Contribute to building a larger business presence and market share in DACH and Europe as a team

Your Profile: You hold a higher degree in business and sales, and have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or technological context.

Your Skills:

Robust experience in sales, channel and account management

Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial automation

Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers

Technical knowledge of robots and/or automation systems

In-depth knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sectors within the DACH region, encompassing key areas such as automotive and aerospace components, medical devices, electronics and electrical equipment, and pharmaceuticals and biotech research

Self‑motivated, organized, and commercially driven with an entrepreneurial spirit

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Proficiency with CRM systems; being a CRM power user is essential

Fluent in German and English

Job Conditions

Full‑time remote position to start as soon as possible

Compensation based on profile and experience. This is a commission based position

Requires living in Germany, Switzerland or Austria

Regular travel and presence at customer locations
