Director, Automation and Lifecycle Systems Full-time. Remote within the U.S. Exempt.

We need a visionary who can influence stakeholders and deliver measurable results at scale—all while managing a high-performing automation ecosystem. You will not simply manage marketing automation; you will design the technical architecture of our revenue engine.

The Role This position sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, data architecture, and AI-driven automation. You will move beyond traditional nurture campaigns to build a modern growth engine that utilizes integrations and AI-powered workflows to directly improve marketing efficiency and revenue performance.

What You’ll Do

Own Lifecycle Growth Systems: Design and operate the architecture driving engagement across lead capture, multi-channel nurture, product adoption, and retention.

Scale Marketing Automation: Architect and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Architect Data Flows: Design schemas for lifecycle marketing, manage customer identity resolution, and ensure multi-touch attribution and revenue feedback loops function properly.

Build AI-Driven Workflows: Lead the development of automation-first systems, including predictive engagement models and intelligent lead routing.

Technical Integration: Build and manage API-based integrations (e.g., Zapier) across the GTM stack to trigger automation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 7+ years in lifecycle marketing, automation, or RevOps.

Technical Expertise: Recent, hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud data platforms and a strong Salesforce CRM background.

Integration Skills: Proficiency in API integrations and middleware like Zapier to connect disparate GTM tools.

Strategic Execution: Ability to design multi-touch programs and scalable architecture that connects marketing data to revenue outcomes.

Data-Driven Mindset: A deeply analytical professional who uses data schemas and event tracking to ensure every lifecycle program is measurable and tied to ROI.

Soft Skills: We value a curious, autonomous self-starter with an "automation-first" mindset and a passion for AI-driven growth.

Success in 6 Months

Build a scalable lifecycle automation framework and implement it in Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.

Implement integrated lifecycle data flows and multi-touch models across our GTM stack.
