Inside Business Development Executive

What You’ll Do
Develop strategies, proposals and presentations to sell bundled voice, data and video solutions.
Reach out to prospective customers to generate sales opportunities.
Naveigate organizations and engage with key decision makers.
Understand client needs, review pricing options and gather customer feedback.
Contact customers prior to contract expiration to resolve issues, renew contracts and upsell additional products.
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
Negotiate pricing, products and promotions with new customers.
Assess serviceability and provide ROI analysis for new build opportunities.
Partner with service delivery to ensure timely installations.
Who You Are You’re a relationship builder who elicits trust and provides top-shelf customer service. You also have the following qualifications:
Minimum
7 years of experience in a related field; or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience; or an associate degree, bachelor’s degree or certification in a related discipline with 3 years of experience.
A proven track record of exceeding monthly sales goals.
Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with computers and common business software.
Preferred
B2B sales experience.
Call center experience.

Compensation Hourly pay rate is in the range of $17.60 – $26.44 per hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s experience. In addition to the hourly range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive / commission target of $42,900.00.
Benefits Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
