The Role As the Senior Digital Ads Manager, you will be a strategic leader in our digital marketing division, responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of paid media campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a hands‑on expert who can manage significant budgets, mentor junior staff and contractors, and drive operational efficiency to deliver exceptional client results and measurable business growth. You will be a primary expert and client‑facing strategist for TWIO digital advertising initiatives.
Salary Range & Benefits
$65,000 - $73,000

Geographic Requirement
You must be based in or around the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area as TWIO offers a hybrid work environment with three days in the office and two days remote per week.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Consultation:
Full-funnel ownership (traffic through retention, not just acquisition). Develop high-level, data-driven paid media strategies tailored to individual client business objectives (e.g., Lead Generation, e-commerce ROAS, brand awareness). Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing clear performance insights and proactive recommendations
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Attribution leadership (CAPI, server-side tracking, incrementality testing). Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across all major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Ensure all campaignsare tracked accurately and perform efficiently against client KPIs.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, train, and mentor a small team of Ads Specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, rigorous testing, and accountability.
Budget & Forecasting:
Revenue forecasting and profitability modeling. Manage and forecast multi-platform advertising budgets across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing success metrics and KPIs (MER, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
Reporting & Analysis:
Executive-level reporting tied to business KPIs like MER, CAC, and LTV. Establish standardized reporting processes. Prepare and present in-depth performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities for scale, and areas for operational process improvement within the ads team.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with the Director of Operations and other department heads to define and implement best-in-class workflows, tools, and processes for campaign setup, optimization, and client reporting to enhance agency efficiency.
Testing & Innovation:
Design and manage systematic A/B testing frameworks for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end experience managing high-budget (six-figure monthly minimum) paid media campaigns, preferably within a digital advertising agency.
Expert proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
Demonstrated experience driving measurable results and scaling client accounts while maintaining profitability.
Expertise in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and campaign tracking best practices.
Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable client strategies.
Proven ability to manage team members and contribute to the development of departmental processes.
