We are seeking a driven and client-focused Strategic Account Director. The Strategic Account Director is responsible for owning, growing, and retaining a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients with an annual book of business. This role focuses on deep account penetration, long-term relationship management, and driving revenue expansion through consultative selling and value-based solutions.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage an enterprise book of business, ensuring revenue retention and year-over-year growth
Develop and execute account strategies to expand wallet share across assigned enterprise clients
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client business objectives
Forecast revenue accurately and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems
What You Bring
Required degree: Bachelor’s or equivalent industry experience
10+ years of sale experience
Essential technical skills (e.g., software proficiency, technical competencies)
Experience using Salesforce and accurate forecasting
Up to 50% travel required (100% remote outside of travel requirements)

The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $200,000 - $220,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
