Job Overview We are seeking a
Global Head of Product – Agriculture
to lead the strategy, evolution, and growth of our product portfolio. This leader will define the next chapter of our platform strategy—transforming a diverse set of applications, data products, and integrations into a unified ecosystem that powers modern agricultural supply chains. This role reports to the VP of Agriculture and leads a global team of product managers responsible for delivering solutions used by some of the largest agriculture manufacturers, farmers, distributors, and food companies in the world. while operating at the intersection of software, data, AI, and supply chain transformation.
What You’ll Do Strategic Product Direction and Commercial Outcomes
Develop and execute a multi-year product strategy and platform vision for the Agribusiness portfolio including Agronomy & Compliance, Enterprise, and Supply Chain Solutions.
Align product investment with market opportunities, customer transformation needs, and company growth objectives.
Drive the transition from individual products toward a connected platform ecosystem.
Building Category-Defining Products
Identify opportunities to deliver industry-defining digital solutions across the agricultural value chain with Agronomy as a foundation.
Leverage TELUS’s unique data position to build AI‑powered products and data‑driven insights.
Translate complex customer problems into scalable, high-impact agronomy and enterprise products connecting upstream production agriculture to downstream processors and CPGs through supply chain and sustainability solutions.
Owning Business Outcomes
Own the P&L for the Agriculture product portfolio including over 20 product team members and over 100m (USD) in revenue.
Drive revenue growth through new product innovation, pricing and packaging strategy, and product‑led expansion enabled by one of the industry’s largest capital financing.
Define and track product performance metrics tied to adoption, customer outcomes, and revenue.
Leading a World‑Class Product Organization
Build, mentor, and scale a team of product managers and product leaders.
Establish best‑in‑class product management practices across strategy, discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer‑centric product development.
Driving Cross‑Functional Execution
Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver high‑impact products.

Deep understanding of data‑driven products and analytics platforms.
Commercial Product Leadership
Experience owning product P&L and driving revenue growth.
Results‑oriented with a strong financial acumen including a background in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy.
Enterprise Product Development
Experience building products used by large enterprise customers with complex operational workflows.
Familiarity with integration‑heavy environments involving ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and data exchange networks.
