Genesis10 is currently seeking a AI Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid for a long-term contract to hire opportunity with our client, a major insurance company, located in Chicago, IL.
Pay range:
$85.00 - $95.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end requirements definition for underwriting transformation initiatives
Design future-state underwriting workflows across MGUs
Translate underwriting guidelines into functional requirements
Partner with product, engineering, and vendors to deliver AI-enabled solutions
Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps proactively
Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices
Requirements
5 to 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry is required
