Small Business Collections Lead (Hybrid)
Overview
As a Small Business Collections Lead, your primary responsibility will be to coach and mentor team members to ensure their success and a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will partner with management in guiding the team towards achieving maximum efficiency and overall effectiveness. This role reports to the Senior Lead, SMB Collections.
Responsibilities
Monitor metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures to improve representative's productivity
Assist with one-on-one meetings, weekly meetings, and coaching sessions
Identify trends and recommend appropriate solutions to improve performance and promote engagement
Support employee engagement with use of reward and recognition tools
Collaborate with and help support teams to reach business growth
Perform additional functions as assigned by direct manager
Requirements
3 or more years of collections experience (B2B collections experience is a plus)
1 or more years of leadership experience
Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for working with diverse types of technology
Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partners
Comfort with a dynamic work environment and a demonstrated ability to adapt to change are crucial attributes
Compensation and Benefits The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $48,400 to $71,600. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
Hybrid in-office schedule: in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays
