Salary: $160,000 - $240,000 per year
A bit about us Are you an experienced tax professional looking for a challenging new role in the Accounting + Finance industry? We are currently seeking a Permanent Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual to work with high net worth individuals and corporations, particularly in the real estate sector. You will have the chance to showcase your expertise in federal and state tax, income tax, tax planning, and 1120S. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to business development and strategic planning within the company. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your skills will be highly valued. This opportunity can start out as a Partner role for the right person, and will absolutely grow to a Partner role for the right person...potentially office Managing Partner in the future.

Responsibilities
Managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance for high net worth individuals and corporations, particularly in the real estate sector.
Conducting comprehensive reviews of federal and state income tax returns.
Providing strategic tax planning and advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and compliant with all tax regulations.
Preparing and reviewing 1120S returns.
Utilizing your expertise to identify tax‑saving opportunities and strategies for clients.
Contributing to business development and strategic planning within the company.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company and clients are fully compliant.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role or similar.
Extensive knowledge and experience with real estate tax, federal and state tax, income tax, tax planning, and 1120S.
Experience working with high net worth individuals and corporations.
Proven track record in business development.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA designation is highly preferred.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
