Comirnaty Brand Performance and Planning Director Location: United States – Pennsylvania (Collegeville) or United States – New York (New York City).

The Comirnaty Brand Performance and Planning Director will lead annual planning and forecasting cycles, monitor brand performance, and execute strategic projects to improve performance. This role reports to the Senior Director, US Comirnaty Strategy and Performance Lead.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret retail and non‑retail performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Test hypotheses to understand root causes behind performance gaps and drivers.

Support pull‑through strategy development for retail and non‑retail channels based on analytical assessment.

Ideate and design special projects to address consumer vaccination barriers and close identified gaps.

Optimize spend to achieve greatest impact within the annual budget.

Monitor operating‑expense budget to ensure brand execution remains within budget.

Engage cross‑functional teams to represent the U.S. perspective in COVID strain‑selection activities.

Lead the annual brand planning cycle, including forecasting, operating plan, and brand strategy.

Plan and prioritize brand access and reimbursement confidence activities ahead of in‑season execution.

Lead brand working sessions to support strategy development.

Qualifications

BA or BS required.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in the U.S. pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or health‑care industry.

MBA preferred; if MBA, at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Proven retail pharmacy acumen.

Strong collaboration, communication, and influence capabilities across complex matrix environments.

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt and operate successfully.

Physical / Mental Requirements

Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Occasional travel may be required (e.g., conferences, off‑site meetings).

In‑person attendance is expected for high‑impact strategic meetings, workshops, or planning sessions led or facilitated by the Director.

Travel may include attendance at NY HQ meetings and conferences.

Benefits and Compensation

Annual base salary range: $176,600.00 – $294,300.00.

Eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20 % of base salary.

Eligibility to participate in Pfizer’s share‑based long‑term incentive program.

401(k) plan with Pfizer matching contributions and additional retirement savings contribution.
