We’re looking for enthusiastic, self‑driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge.
Duties:
Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
Accept customer calls and return customer calls.
Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
Work 100% from home.
Get paid weekly along with earned bonuses.
