Commercial Construction Estimator (Remote)

delivers commercial and industrial remodeling across Georgia & Alabama, built on consistent communication and dependable execution. We're looking for a Remote Estimator to join our team. This is a remote estimator role focused on producing accurate bids and helping MMC win profitable work. You must be responsive, organized, and able to keep a steady pipeline moving, without needing heavy oversight.
Location:
Remote in the United States
Schedule:
Must be available during Eastern and Central Time business hours
Key Responsibilities
Perform takeoffs and assemble competitive bids (commercial/industrial remodel)
Coordinate quotes with subs/vendors and scope gaps
Create proposal packages and track revisions/addenda
Maintain bid logs, estimate files, and pricing assumptions
Communicate clearly with operations for bid-to-project handoff
Qualifications
3 to 5 or more years of commercial estimating experience
Proven ability to work independently and hit deadlines remotely
Strong Excel + estimating workflow discipline
Familiarity with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or comparable platforms is highly preferred
Clear communicator (updates, timelines, assumptions)
Pay & Benefits
Job type: Part‑time role to start, with strong potential to become full‑time based on performance
Pay: $30,000‑$35,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus potential if applicable
