Role Description The Executive Vice President of Fundraising will play a critical role in shaping and executing the fundraising strategy at the Leadon Family Foundation. As a key team member, you will identify, cultivate, and engage potential donors and sponsors while building relationships to secure resources for the foundation’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting prospect research, managing donor communications, coordinating planned giving and annual giving initiatives, and collaborating with leadership on philanthropy efforts. This is a volunteer, remote role with potential commission-based opportunities for fundraising achievements.
Qualifications
Experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving initiatives
Strong skills in Communication and community engagement
Knowledge of Philanthropy and nonprofit fundraising practices
Proficiency in conducting donor and Prospect Research
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
Strong organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of youth entrepreneurship or nonprofit sector is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
