We’re looking for a confident and collaborative
Account Supervisor
to join our client's full service ad agency team in a
hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL . This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing high-visibility customer marketing programs, including coupons, Green Line games, and the Premier loyalty initiative. As the scope and visibility of these programs have grown, we’re seeking someone who can bring
strategic leadership , drive team performance, and manage key client relationships. The role includes
supervising 1–2 direct reports , leading internal discussions, and guiding the execution of more complex, nationally visible initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of loyalty, coupon, and customer marketing programs Lead strategy and client presentations with confidence and clarity Manage and mentor direct reports and support team collaboration Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success Travel occasionally to agency and client headquarters Qualifications: 5+ years as an Account Supervisor or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up Experience managing others and leading cross-functional teams Strong preference for candidates with animal health or pharmaceutical (pet or human) industry exposure Agency background is required A dynamic and proactive communicator, especially in virtual environments Location:
Jacksonville-based hybrid role (3 days in office/week), with flexibility and occasional travel to agency HQ and client offices. Jacksonville (FL) | St. Augustine (FL) | Northeast Florida | Southern Georgia Seniority level
