Territory includes Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs, Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana. Income up to $100K depending on experience level.

Responsibilities
Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and territory management strategies to expand our market reach. Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions to ensure accurate forecasting and territory analysis. Work with local networking groups to find and establish new business relationships. Skills
Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales within the commercial construction or related industries. Expertise in business development, lead generation, cold/warm calling, and account management strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft tools, cloud based project management software and platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. We rely on technology to enhance interaction with our clients. Familiarity with marketing concepts and technology sales practices to support strategic growth initiatives.
