Performance Marketing Lead
Tulane University, New Orleans, LA, United States
Job Description
Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement exists to provide meaningful educational pathways into jobs for working adult students. We meet learners where they are and connect them to educational experiences that fuel their career mobility. While formerly a school that primarily focused on in‑person learning opportunities, we are now almost fully hybrid in our approach, blending into our online programs flexible synchronous and asynchronous components.
The School of Professional Advancement serves around 1,400 students today and aspires to grow to serve 10,000 students in the next five years. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead who can work with our external marketing partners to establish the strategy, the measurement framework, and actively manage the effectiveness of our marketing to drive growth and impact within our programs.
The Performance Marketing Lead will lead the development and execution of a portfolio of digital marketing strategies that drive growth and continuous improvement within our portfolio of programs. This role’s primary initial focus will be to work alongside our current external and internal marketing partners to craft the strategy, oversee the execution, analyze performance, and continuously improve results on a term‑over‑term basis.
About Us Tulane University is an equal‑opportunity educator and employer committed to providing an education and employment environment free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Legally protected demographic classifications (such as a person’s race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, shared ancestry, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws) are not relied upon as an eligibility, selection or participation criteria for Tulane’s employment or educational programs or activities.
