# Responsibilities* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Hyro's business goals and revenue objectives* Facilitate and own onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate ramp-up time and productivity* Bridge product, marketing, and sales by ensuring access to up-to-date, relevant content (case studies, decks, one-pagers)* Design and deliver training programs on best practices, product knowledge, and advanced selling techniques (objection handling, etc.)* Act as strategic owner of the sales knowledge base and maintain a current repository of resources (Dock, digital deal rooms)* Measure and analyze KPIs and ROI to evaluate enablement effectiveness and make data-driven decisions* Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales process in partnership with RevOps* Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging and ensure consistent brand voice across sales communications* Organize and lead clinics, educational series, and the annual sales kickoff (SKO)* Optimize adoption and usage of sales tools and technologies (CRM, Dock, Gong, Outreach, Clay)* Mentor and develop junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
# Requirements* 6+ years of Sales Enablement or Sales Operations experience in B2B SaaS* Experience in health tech / digital health – big advantage* Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger) and the enterprise buyer journey* Collaborative mindset with experience across GTM stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Product, RevOps)* Hands-on experience with enablement platforms, LMS, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a big advantage)* Ability to translate complex product information into clear, persuasive sales narratives and training materials* Experience building with AI tools to automate training or content delivery, or teaching reps to use those tools – big advantage* Fluent written and spoken English* Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent organizational and communication skills
# Compensation & LocationThis is a hybrid role with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Offered compensation for New York locations will be based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position (NY-based hires only) is $130,000 - $200,000 annually. Pay ranges for other locations may differ based on cost of labor.
