This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Trainer. The Salesforce Trainer will develop and deliver engaging training materials to facilitate the effective use of Salesforce tools. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual training sessions, creating user guides and documentation, assessing learning progress through evaluations, and providing ongoing support to learners. The trainer will collaborate with various teams to customize training solutions based on business and user needs. Qualifications
Salesforce expertise, including hands-on experience with Salesforce tools, processes, and functionalities Training and facilitation skills, including the ability to design training programs and deliver interactive sessions Technical documentation and educational content creation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to assess learner progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly Independent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or Education Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Instructor) is a plus
