Senior Executive Assistant
to support a C-level executive. The firm offers a hybrid schedule (4 out of 5 days on site in

Who You Are
You bring 10–15 years of experience supporting C-suite leaders or operating in strategic operations, consulting, business management, or client-facing leadership roles
Experienced in managing highly complex executive calendars with 20+ meetings per day
You have advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel and regularly produce executive-level materials
Skilled at distilling high-level discussions into clear decisions, risks, and next steps
You exercise sound judgment, maintain discretion, and communicate with clarity
What You’ll Do
Oversee and strategically prioritize a dynamic calendar to align the executive’s time with critical objectives
Participate in senior leadership and executive-level meetings
Prepare executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials
Ensure momentum on firm-wide initiatives by tracking commitments and driving follow-up
Represent the executive in select forums as needed
What Success Looks Like
The executive’s time is aligned to the highest-impact enterprise priorities
Leadership discussions convert quickly into coordinated action across stakeholders
Executive materials are clear, polished, and decision-ready at all times
Salary Range:
$165,000 – 185,000 annually, based on experience – plus bonus

New York, NY – Hybrid
