We're searching for a strategic, data-driven Director of Affiliate Partnerships to accelerate Toku Health's growth through high-trust affiliate and medical partnerships while continuing to manage and optimize Perfect Keto's established affiliate network.
This is a high-impact role for an operator who thrives on scaling early-stage momentum into sustainable revenue channels. You'll architect Toku's partnerships engine from the ground up, collaborate with trusted health voices, and ensure Perfect Keto's program continues to run smoothly and profitably.

You'll lead partnership efforts for two brands: Toku Health (primary focus) and Perfect Keto (secondary)
What You'll Be Doing
Build Toku's Partnership Program: Architect and launch a scalable affiliate and partnership strategy targeting medical professionals, credible health creators, and performance-focused affiliates
Drive Growth with Precision: Use data, analytics, and KPIs to refine Toku's affiliate strategy, testing, iterating, and optimizing to achieve measurable ROI and efficient CAC while sourcing new partners
Optimize Perfect Keto's Affiliate Engine: Maintain and enhance Perfect Keto's long-running affiliate network with efficient systems, documentation, and VA support
Create Systems and SOPs: Develop clear processes and playbooks for outreach, onboarding, and reporting while leveraging VAs until full-time hires are justified
Empower Affiliates: Provide partners with strategic resources, creative assets, and campaign support to help them convert more effectively
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Toku's marketing, creative, and operations teams to align partnerships with brand initiatives, launches, and quarterly goals
Innovate Constantly: Stay at the forefront of affiliate, creator, and performance marketing trends while bringing fresh ideas that keep Toku ahead of the curve
Requirements
Analytical and KPI-Obsessed: Thrive on performance data, dashboards, and data-driven decisions
4+ years building and scaling affiliate or influencer programs, ideally in health, wellness, or medical space at an emerging brand
Strategic and Creative: Translate big-picture vision into tactical execution, including monetization models and brand alignment
Efficient and Resourceful: Juggle two brands with clarity, delegate to VAs, and build scalable systems from day one
Relationship-Oriented: Connect authentically with medical professionals and health creators to earn trust and drive results
Self-motivated and Independent: Manage multiple moving parts, prioritize ruthlessly, and make strategic decisions without constant supervision
Health-Driven: Passion for preventative health and desire to shape a new category of cardiovascular wellness through Toku
