Senior Consultant
to work
remotely . ECS is seeking a full‑time Management Consultant to provide client delivery services to support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Claims and Appeals Modernization Office. This professional will provide comprehensive support for VHA benefits modernization initiatives, including claims and appeals business process support, mail portal services, and operational support.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing mail portal service support
Process mail packets accurately and efficiently, meeting established performance standards
Coordinate with diverse VHA stakeholders and program offices
Analyze, document, and enhance business processes
Support development of regular Power BI reports
Provide SharePoint content management support
Support strategic planning and operational activities
Compensation Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Proficiency in coordinating multiple concurrent tasks and activities
Experience developing standard operating procedures

VA or Federal Government experience
Desired Skills
Knowledge of VA benefits organizational structure and procedures
Experience with government business processes and compliance requirements
