The Opportunity We're looking for a credentialed valuation professional with 1–3 years of experience who's ready to take on more. At BGH, you won't spend years waiting for responsibility — you'll manage engagements, work directly with clients and advisors, and grow alongside a firm that's scaling quickly.
What We're Looking For
Active credential: CVA, ABV, ASA, or equivalent
1–3 years of post-certification valuation experience
Exposure to one or more of the following: estate & gift tax, divorce and litigation support, SBA valuations, purchase price allocations (ASC 805), or fairness opinions
Strong analytical foundation and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple engagements
Tech-forward mindset — leverage our tools and systems to work smarter
What You'll Do
Lead and execute valuation engagements across multiple service lines
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, CPAs, attorneys, and lenders
Apply AICPA, NACVA, USPAP, and SBA standards with consistency and judgment
Review financial analyses, normalization adjustments, and valuation conclusions
Contribute to process improvement and firm-wide quality standard
