The Amazon Advertising Deals Desk team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Analyst (FA) to join the Deal Desk team and support core aspects of the Direct Advertiser Agreements program. This team owns benchmarking, deal evaluation, defining guardrails, negotiating deal terms and supporting monetization initiatives. As a FA, you will have exposure to all aspects of deal making and support the deliverables for this team.
This role will work closely with Sales and Product teams to evaluate and determine the long‑term strategy to drive incremental Advertising Revenue. Day‑to‑day activities include reviewing program adoption, evaluating and building long‑term revenue proposals, and supporting accounting and reporting initiatives such as monthly and quarterly business reviews.
As a Financial Analyst, you will be at the center of our deal approval operations, reviewing campaigns and deals daily, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines, and managing the approval workflow for both Managed Services and Sales‑enabled self‑service execution deals.
You will work extensively within our Order Management System (OMS) to evaluate applied rates against Pricing Hub benchmarks and make critical approval decisions that impact revenue and advertiser relationships.
This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to partner with Sales and Product teams. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science)
Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
2+ years of finance experience
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse, and SQL
Salary and Benefits USA, WA, Seattle – 80,200.00 – 99,300.00 USD annually.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
