Commercial Property Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established organization to identify an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while providing leadership to onsite teams and driving strong operational and financial performance across assigned assets. Location: Tigard, OR Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Compensation: $90,000$115,000 base salary (DOE) Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of commercial properties Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to onsite property management teams Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasting, expense management, and reporting Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company policies Serve as the primary liaison between ownership groups, tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders Implement operational initiatives to improve asset performance, occupancy, and tenant satisfaction Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance programs Utilize property management systems to support reporting, tracking, and operational oversight Qualifications 5+ years of commercial property management experience required Experience overseeing multi-site or portfolio operations preferred Proven leadership or team supervision experience Strong understanding of property financials, operating budgets, and performance metrics Experience with property management platforms such as AppFolio, Yardi, or similar systems Relevant licenses or certifications are welcomed but not required Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
