Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant
LikeMind Recruitment is working exclusively with a Microsoft Gold Partner consultancy in Germany to hire an experienced D365 Business Central Technical Consultant. This is a full‑time, permanent role based in the Düsseldorf area, offering a flexible hybrid working setup. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for a diverse client base across multiple industries Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into tailored technical solutions Develop and extend BC using AL (and C/AL where required), ensuring clean, scalable code Support end‑to‑end project delivery including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations Act as a technical point of contact for clients, supporting workshops and providing input on solution design Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across projects and live environments Ensure best practices are followed in development, documentation, and deployment Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience working with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central AL development skills (C/AL experience beneficial) Good understanding of business processes (e.g. finance, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing) Experience working in a consultancy or customer‑facing environment is preferred Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders Fluent/Native German and strong English communication skills Based in Germany and open to a hybrid working setup in the Düsseldorf area Hybrid working model with flexibility between office and home office Competitive salary package aligned with experience Ongoing training, certifications, and clear progression opportunities (e.g. Senior Consultant / Solution Architect) Supportive and flexible working culture with a strong focus on work‑life balance
