What to Expect
Ensure compliance with all agency and regulatory requirements
Oversee the vendor management program, including onboarding and compliance reviews
Administer departmental correspondence and ensure timely resolution of compliance inquiries
Manage system access administration, including user permissions and auditing
Assist with internal and external audits and regulatory reporting as needed
What is Required
Undergraduate degree preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to operate under demanding deadlines with strong time management skills
Familiarity and knowledge of commercial real estate loan documents

Strong analytical orientation and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to recognize and mitigate risk
Experience with vendor management systems
Previous experience in audit processes
