Are you ready to help us make the future? Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers, focused on software solutions. You will partner with the account managers to build key relationships within the CIO/CTO/CSCO and other aligned supply chain functions, to understand the customer's business and provide warehouse software solutions, such as warehouse execution systems (WES), pick to light (PTL), voice, warehouse control systems (WCS), and labor management (LMS). You will define software sales strategies for customer pursuits as part of larger integrated solutions. You will lead the software and robotics portions of the solution both internally and with the customer, utilizing your product and industry knowledge to deliver the value proposition. You will lead a cross-functional team interacting with offering management, development, professional services, and hardware counterparts to develop solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify Opportunities Manage and Plan Accounts Negotiate and Close Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle Become a trusted advisor to Customers Travel more than 50% in the US, mostly domestically, but possibly internationally Benefits: In addition to a performance-driven salary, Honeywell offers a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-subsidized Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, EAP, Educational Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and 12 Paid Holidays. In Washington and major metro areas in NY and CA, the range is $98,400 to $123,100. Salary offers depend on various factors including experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
