Job Description We’re looking for a Franchise Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is laser-focused on results. You’ll play a key role in expanding Presto’s footprint by selling our Voice AI solution to restaurant franchises and multi-unit operators. This is a full-cycle, hunter-style sales role where you’ll be responsible for building and closing a strong pipeline, exceeding targets, and directly contributing to our revenue growth. Responsibilities Own and manage a high-volume sales pipeline targeting franchise owners, operators, and decision-makers in the QSR space. Drive outbound prospecting efforts and convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their business challenges, and position Presto’s Voice AI as the solution. Deliver compelling demos and sales presentations that showcase ROI and operational impact. Develop and execute account strategies to accelerate the sales cycle and maximize deal size. Negotiate pricing and close contracts while collaborating closely with legal and finance teams. Accurately forecast sales performance and update CRM systems with deal activity and pipeline status. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth. Translate data findings into visually compelling and easy-to-understand presentations and dashboards. 60% travel regionally (West Coast). Qualifications 2+ years of proven success in a full-cycle sales role (B2B, SaaS, or franchise sales strongly preferred). Experience selling into the restaurant, QSR, or hospitality verticals. Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving new business. Strong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills. Confident communicator with the ability to present to C-level stakeholders and franchise executives. Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Nice to have Experience selling tech solutions to franchise systems or multi-unit restaurant groups. Familiarity with Voice AI, automation, or restaurant technology platforms. Network or prior connections in the restaurant tech or franchise community. Closing: The U.S. total compensation for this position is $120,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) annually, which includes base salary and variable commission components. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Presto, it is not typical for the individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
