Salary:
$75,000 – $120,000 per year
About us Hybrid/Remote work is welcome. This role is located in our Tipton, Iowa office but remote work is possible for candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilities As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will provide a wide range of tax and accounting services, including income tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses, compilation and review, payroll, and other accounting services. You will also build strong client and colleague relationships and contribute to the success of our clients’ businesses.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
Minimum of four years of direct accounting experience
CPA certificate or candidates actively pursuing the CPA exam (preferred but not required)
Bonus points for QuickBooks and/or UltraTax experience
Strong sense of self‑motivation, team‑player mindset, and commitment to integrity
