Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
Support corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
Assist with tax planning and advisory for corporate clients
Collaborate with audit and tax teams for accurate reporting
Support tax provision preparation, review, and audit processes
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of corporate tax experience
Strong experience with ASC 740 (tax provision)
Background in corporate tax compliance and consulting
CPA preferred or CPA eligible
Experience with a Top 20 public accounting firm
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
