Job Number: R0236808 – Health Data System Solutions Director Lead and direct large programs responsible for data modernization and application development technology solutions that help federal government health clients improve their mission. Maintain responsibility for transforming the missions of key federal clients from legacy applications to more modern development approaches, leading teams and driving solution development for existing and future clients. Build and develop top talent by hiring, mentoring, and creating new business opportunities within the health market.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with program management, including conducting primary interactions with senior clients

10+ years of experience leading enterprise data and application development programs, and leading teams of up to 50

3+ years of experience leading transformation programs and data modernization initiatives

Ability to collaborate, influence, and lead through others in a matrixed environment

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree

Nice to Have

Experience with solution‑driven business development

Experience articulating the tradeoffs in the usage of various technical stacks, tools, and frameworks

Experience leading teams through migrations to Cloud architectures or providers, including SaaS and PaaS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including action orientation

Excellent analytical skills

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $162,800.00 to $303,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
