Are you passionate about creating change and making a real impact in your community? Join our team as a Paid Political Field Organizer and be at the forefront of grassroots campaigning! We are seeking energetic, motivated, and civic-minded interns to support voter outreach, community engagement, and field operations for an active political campaign. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in politics, advocacy, and community organizing while working alongside experienced political strategists. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage voters directly Staff phone banks and text banking operations Assist in organizing community events and rallies Help with voter registration drives Distribute campaign literature and materials Collect and manage voter data in compliance with campaign protocols on Minivan Attend team trainings and briefings to stay up-to-date on campaign priorities Qualifications: Passion for civic engagement and political activism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with voters and working in community settings Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a smart phone Must be 18 years of age or older Prior campaign experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience with political campaigns and grassroots organizing Networking opportunities with elected officials, campaign staff, and community leaders Leadership development and public speaking skills A chance to make a direct impact in your community Letter of recommendation and resume support upon successful completion Duration: April 15-June 10 Location: LD27
