As an SDR, you\'ll be a key player in generating new business pipelines. You’ll engage with prospective homecare agencies, educating them on the client\'s platform and driving interest for our Enterprise and SMB solutions. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls and emails to healthcare and homecare agencies Engage with portal users to discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities Effectively overcome objections and position solutions, including EVV compliance, billing & payroll automation, mobile apps, and scheduling tools Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives Attend and support industry events and conferences (up to 10% travel) Qualifications
1–3 years in SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or healthcare-focused companies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record of outbound prospecting and achieving KPIs Experience selling to first-time technology buyers High emotional intelligence—humility, empathy, and resilience Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with SalesLoft, Chili Piper, Gong, or WorkRamp is a plus Preferred: experience in healthcare or homecare verticals Base salary range: $70,000–$75,000, plus attractive variable compensation Benefits include health plans, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) match, and more EEO Statement
