Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant based in Louisville, KY, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, analyzing their home improvement needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key duties include conducting consultations, presenting service offers, nurturing customer relationships, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication both in person and via virtual platforms, along with maintaining accurate records of sales processes and client interactions. Qualifications
Expertise in Sales Consulting and the ability to identify and deliver tailored solutions Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively Experience in Consulting to understand and address customer needs and provide valuable recommendations A positive and professional attitude with attention to detail Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work arrangements (office and remote) Prior experience in home improvement or remodeling is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
