Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities

Independently manage and oversee between two and five strategic key account contracts with significant economic impact. Negotiate, draft, and finalize contracts from the initial concept stage through to full implementation. Strategically develop and manage client relationships throughout the entire contract lifecycle. Apply contract language to prepare and execute agreements. Identify and acquire new key account clients in line with company strategy. Analyze individual client requirements and develop tailored contract solutions. Prepare and present compelling proposals based on thorough market and needs analysis. Take direct responsibility for contract-related decisions. Monitor the market and competition to identify trends and opportunities at an early stage. Your Profile

Degree in business administration or completed professional training, for example in logistics. Several years of experience in strategic contract management, ideally in key account management or a similar role. Excellent negotiation skills. Confident demeanor, strong analytical abilities, and a structured working style. High degree of autonomy, decisiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking. Several years of professional experience in contract logistics or experience managing customer accounts. Good knowledge of contract language and contract preparation.
