Proven work experience as an Industrial Sales Manager in the Power Generation or Heavy Industrial markets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or Heavy Industrial markets
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Expertise in Territory Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with key clients and foster long-term relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
