Overview Onset Worldwide, a fast‑growing ingredient manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced B2B ingredient sales professional with an existing book of business who wants to grow with a dynamic, family‑owned company.

Position Highlights

Develop, build, and manage your own book of business in the food ingredient sector

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

Handle quoting, pricing, contract negotiations, and customer service

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Attend 3–5 domestic trade shows annually

Requirements

5+ years of B2B ingredient sales experience

Existing book of business within the B2B food ingredient space

Strong understanding of food ingredients and formulation basics

Proven ability to build customer relationships, quote, negotiate, and close deals

Hybrid schedule in

Frenchtown, NJ , or remote for the right candidate

Support from Sales Assistant and Strategic Operations Team
