Job Description The role The Global Digital Assets Business Manager plays a critical role in enabling the success of Invesco’s Global Digital Assets (DA) efforts by ensuring efficient, consistent, and strategically aligned coordination across key Product, Investment, Distribution, and key functional partners as well as external providers. This role supports the execution of the Digital Assets strategy and strengthens connectivity across stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the role
Centrally manage the global Digital Assets (DA) product pipeline across asset classes and client channels, including future‑year planning to support annual strategy
Develop and own management reporting, KPIs, and weekly status materials (e.g., product pipeline, financials) aligned to DA business strategy
Prepare, manage, and present materials for Fund Boards, governance forums, and executive/management committees
Coordinate agendas, content, and governance materials for DA forums, monthly global meetings, and partnership initiatives
Lead internal communications on behalf of the DA team, including executive‑level business communications
Partner with Marketing, Distribution, Product, and Client Portfolio Management to support cross‑functional initiatives globally
Provide organizational support and oversight for Digital Assets (DA) functions, including project management and tracking, business continuity, process design and improvement, portfolio manager transition management, regional input into organizational goals, and execution of town halls (run of show, talking points, and materials)
Oversee operational, financial, and governance aspects of DA initiatives, including seed/co‑investment capital, pricing exceptions, fee holidays, and revenue‑sharing impacts
Support business cases, operational integrations, and ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects to drive DA priorities
Requirements of the role
5+ years of experience in technical and leadership roles within financial services, with a proven record of delivering business results
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
Strong knowledge of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape
Exceptional judgment, ethical standards, and decision‑making capabilities
Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate complex concepts, including articulating recommendations, tradeoffs, and risks
Collaborative, one‑team mindset with demonstrated success working across cross‑functional teams and stakeholder groups
Proactive, high‑impact problem solver with strong analytical skills and a focus on driving efficiency and performance
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and flexible leader willing to take on a broad range of responsibilities and initiatives
The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $140,000 to $178,000 annually.
