Job Description As a Sales Consultant - Software Solutions here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in driving software sales growth by providing innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You will work closely with channel partners and distributors to understand their requirements and deliver tailored software solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.

In this role, you will impact the organization by developing strong relationships with partners and end customers, understanding their challenges, and providing solutions that drive business success and customer satisfaction.

This role includes 50% travel within the UK and Europe (France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium).

Key Responsibilities

Engage with partners and distributors to identify their business needs and deliver customized software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and present effective proposals.

Drive sales initiatives and strategies to meet revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Serve as the subject matter expert on Forge connected strategy for the region, ensuring effective demos tailored to customer needs.

Manage relationships and grow entitlement with end customers and partners, while ensuring efficient solution deployment and meeting value propositions and KPIs.

Be responsible for the overall connected strategy AOP for the region for BMS channel.

Key Skills And Qualifications

SaaS/software sales experience within the Building domain (Fire, Security or Building software), and driving Annual Recurring Revenue.

Experienced in engaging with partners, distributors and end customers to identify their business needs and deliver tailored software solutions.

Experience with demand/lead generation and conducting effective demos customised to customer needs.

Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to create and present compelling proposals.
