Senior Director of Tax . This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to lead a strong team, influence global strategy, and drive meaningful change across an international platform.
What You’ll Do: Lead the tax function Own the tax provision process and support global planning initiatives Partner with leadership on key initiatives including both organic and inorganic growth strategies and process improvements Oversee external relationships and ensure alignment with evolving regulations Mentor and develop a high-performing tax team
What They’re Looking For: CPA required 10+ years of progressive tax experience (public + industry preferred) Strong background in ASC 740, international tax, and transfer pricing Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Experience operating in a global, multi-entity environment Ability to drive projects to completion and influence cross-functional stakeholders Strong communication skills with executive-level presence $225K – $250K base + 25% bonus Hybrid flexibility Strong growth trajectory and exposure to executive leadership
