As a
Buyer Agent , you will advise and educate homebuyers, helping them navigate the entire process of finding and purchasing their ideal home.
Responsibilities
Consult with home buyers, educate them, and prepare a home search strategy
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
Manage contract and the process and ensure a smooth close
Negotiate property sale between buyer and seller
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Work closely with you administrative support
Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications
Friendly, positive, and excited to learn
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Flexible and available to work around Buyer schedules
Experience in customer service or a related real estate area is a plus
Motivated and focused on reaching goals
Must have a Delaware or Pennsylvania real estate license before working with clients (ask us about our FREE real estate school!)
