Must-Have

Experience working with Tier-1 semiconductor, AI, or high-tech companies is required.
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships within the
semiconductor, software solutions, and high-tech sectors . This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding relationships with tier-1 customers, and positioning the company as a trusted solutions partner in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the semiconductor, software, and high-tech industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with tier-1 customers, key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and delivery teams to align customer needs with company solutions.
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform business strategy.
Achieve and exceed revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the semiconductor, software solutions, or high-tech industry.
Strong existing network and customer relationships with tier-1 technology companies (semiconductor, AI/cloud, high tech).
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred; ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with global or cross-border customers.
Strong understanding of technology solutions, outsourcing models, or engineering services.
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to business growth.
