Automotive Sales In-Store Support Manager
will report to the Director, Finance & Training. This role will support various stores on the path to growth by implementing best practices in sales, customer service, inventory management, finance, paperwork, compliance and training. The ideal candidate will act as a coach and mentor to dealership staff, helping to drive performance and ensure operational excellence. This role requires extensive travel.

Salary is: $70,304/annually

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support dealership sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Train and implement effective sales processes and strategies across locations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance work culture through coaching and professional development.
Drive improvements in dealership productivity, product penetration, and finance income.
Train Sales Managers on inventory management and reconditioning workflows.
Complete deal packages with no missing documents.
Coach F&I Managers on product knowledge, menu selling, objection handling, and contract/documentation processes.
Guide Sales Managers on effective desking procedures.
Train sales staff on the dealership’s “Road to a Sale” process.
Assist in recruiting top talent for front-end variable operations.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships to support team success.
Champion customer service excellence to maintain top-tier Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (+5 Years) in automotive sales and finance is required.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel regularly to dealership locations.
Previous HCS Management experience a Plus.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs and able to learn and apply other digital networks.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
Ability to influence.
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems.
Ability to build and lead a diverse, high-performing, results-oriented, and highly-engaged team.
