Associate Director Supply Chain Operational Excellence
to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic transformation across global supply chain and operations. The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will work across global supply chain and operational functions to improve how products are planned, delivered, and sustained across their lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Strategic Initiatives
Lead and support
global supply chain and operations transformation initiatives Partner cross-functionally to identify and implement
efficiency, innovation and cost optimisation opportunities Support
enterprise-wide programmes , including ERP implementation and integration initiatives Product Lifecycle & Supply Chain Performance
Enhance
end-to-end product lifecycle management
across global operations Develop and maintain
integrated lifecycle roadmaps
in collaboration with senior stakeholders Establish and track
KPIs to measure lifecycle performance and operational effectiveness Support product launch readiness and lifecycle optimisation across markets Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Drive a culture of
continuous improvement and operational discipline Lead cross-functional workshops and initiatives to improve processes and ways of working Partner with Finance and PMO to
track, measure and report value delivery Candidate Profile
8-10 years’ experience
within
pharma or biopharma operations / supply chain Proven experience operating at
global or regional level Product lifecycle management Supply chain planning and operations Business excellence / continuous improvement Experience supporting or leading
large-scale initiatives
(e.g. ERP, transformation, M&A integration) Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving capability The Next Step for you
