The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics & Effectiveness leads a high performing team responsible for delivering advanced analytics, measurement frameworks, and strategic insights that optimize marketing performance across the enterprise. This leader sets the vision for marketing effectiveness, elevates data driven decision making, and ensures analytical excellence across campaign measurement, attribution, segmentation, and ROI optimization. As a people leader, this role cultivates a highly engaged analytics organization through coaching, talent development, and best in class analytical standards. The Senior Manager partners closely with senior marketing, product, finance, and enterprise analytics leaders to translate business priorities into actionable measurement strategies that maximize marketing impact and accelerate growth. Essential Functions Lead, inspire, and develop analysts across multiple marketing disciplines (e.g., attribution, MMM, targeting, experimentation). Equip the team with modern analytical skills, tools, and frameworks to prioritize work and make tradeoff decisions aligned to stakeholder needs. Define and drive the enterprise marketing analytics and effectiveness strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer growth objectives. Establish best in class measurement methodologies including MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, and unified measurement approaches. Ensure delivery of high quality insights that inform optimization of media mix, budget allocation, channel strategy, and creative effectiveness. Determine and champion the appropriate analytical approach for each business question, balancing rigor, speed, and stakeholder needs. Lead the development of advanced analytical insights to support complex strategic initiatives such as brand growth, acquisition acceleration, retention strategies, and cross-channel optimization. Partner with senior leaders in marketing, finance and product to embed data-driven thinking into business decisions, influencing how marketing investments are evaluated and optimized. Define standards, frameworks, and governance for marketing measurement, ensuring consistency, transparency, and credibility of insights. Ensure efficient delivery processes, prioritization rigor, and alignment across cross-functional teams and partners. Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Geography, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 3+ years in people leadership. Proven experience establishing and scaling marketing measurement frameworks such as MMM, MTA, campaign performance, A/B testing. Deep expertise with advance statistical modeling, marketing performance measurement, customer segmentation and ROI analysis. Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, marketing technology ecosystems and customer data platforms Hands on familiarity with analytical tools such as MMM/MTA, SQL and data visualization, Python/R/SAS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to determine the right analytic methodology and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience partnering with senior leaders to inform strategy with data-driven insights. Proven track record of managing and developing analytical talent and skilled in building cross-functional partnerships. Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
