Home Health Specialist
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first As a Home Health Specialist, you will: Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services. Build and maintain client relationships. Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing. Report to a Market Executive of Sales. Use your skills to make an impact Required/Preferred Experience/Skills: Previous home health care sales, or experience selling in SNF's, physician offices and to hospital case management, or clinical liaison experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) preferred or a minimum of two years sales experience. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills required. Travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $58,700 - $78,500 per year This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
